Brian Noyes has built a reputation for hard work and creative solutions to tough problems. Mr. Noyes' experience in management and strategic advice comes from many years in leading roles with national business, government and political organizations. He has served the President, Cabinet level Secretaries, Fortune 500 companies and national political parties.
Throughout his career, Mr. Noyes has developed and implemented successful grassroots, public policy and public relation campaigns for companies such as Wal-mart, AT&T and Prudential Mortgage (Prudential Huntoon Paige). As well, Mr. Noyes served in senior roles during the 2004 and 2000 Presidential campaigns for George W. Bush, including Director of Delegate and Caucus at the Republican National Convention in New York City, which oversaw the floor operations, caucus meetings and committee structures.
During the first Bush administration, Mr. Noyes was appointed to a Senior Executive Level at the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as the Regional Director in Atlanta, representing 8 Southeastern states, 14 field offices and 1,300 employees. Prior to his efforts with the President, Mr. Noyes held key positions with the late US Senator Paul D. Coverdell; he served as the Deputy Political Director of the Republican National Committee and Executive Director and Political Director of the Georgia Republican Party.
Mr. Noyes currently remains active at the State Capitol and in his community. In addition to the public relations and grassroots practice, he represents clients before the Georgia General Assembly and with state agencies, as well as in his home county. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Center for Family Resources, and the Cobb County Cabinet for the United Way.
Mr. Noyes is a graduate of Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. He and his wife, Victoria, have three daughters and live in Kennesaw, Georgia. |
